well a few things really lol
one, to be with a certain sum1. two, to be a professional singer. Three, to keep the mates i have now forever because there the best i've ever had and there my real friends xxxxxx

As far as number one goes, well your on your own with that one. As for number two, what are you doing to try and make that happen. For instance, voice lessons. And number three, well just treat them like you wanted to be treated and hopefull they will respond in kind.

Here's a link you might be interested in. The channel is where I get a few guitar lessons. This guy has some voice tutorals up, he's taking singing lessons and as he goes he shows some of the lessons he learns as he goes though his voice lessons. Some warm up excercises and stuff. You can find the rest of his lessons from this one.

It feels silly at first, but I noticed it helped even my can't carry a tune in a bucket voice some.
